Since I was young, I perceived mountains as a great challenge that captivated my heart and soul with its strength and greatness. Today, many of them are a source of inspiration, wisdom and tranquility since they encourage me to conquer dreams and ideals. Reaching the summits are a challenge, since each personal objective is reflected with the success of each new conquest which fills me with great pleasure and satisfaction which contributes to my personal development.
In the mountains I learned to survive and triumph over danger and difficulties by overcoming moments of panic with carefully executed strategis split second decisions . in spite of obstacles, strong winds, storms or weather variations, we can overcome difficult times by drawing strength from within to ensure our safety and overcome any difficulties.
HEIMER GUILLEN CELESTINO.
I have been surrounded by the beauty of mountains since childhood. Every morning, I can breathe their fresh air, since I live in community located very near these glacial peaks. My parents are farmers and cattle herders, so I have spent a great part of my life working in the feels, where I would stand in awe before the whiteness of these massifs. I would wonder how difficult it would be to climb those pointy summits. In my eagerness to find an answer, I began to explore valleys near my home and I discovered a new World that filled me with new emotions and great pleasure, which today are part of my work in adventure tourism.
I am proud to be the one who will open doors to a magical world, my home, to tourists and adventurers who are in need of my experience as trekking guide. Sharing my knowledge about out culture, customs and traditions are part of my family's and ancestors' heritage. Pachamama is part of the past and future and blesses us with health, life and natural resources for farming and cattle raising.
